Stretching, Water Damage Dam Made People Scatter

The tense video showed the seconds the workers scattered away from the crumbling dam. The dam in Xaysomboun Province, Laos, was broken so water overflowed. Floodwaters, overflowing water directly hit the project around the dike.

Nam Ao's hydro power project is currently undergoing repairs when the dam collapsed on September 11, 2017 and immediately flooded the farmland just below it. When investigated the cause of the destruction of the dam, it turns out bad rainfall that causes the volume of water spilled.

In addition, a hydro power project is also underway at the scene. As a result, the project is pending completion. But fortunately, the workers managed to save their lives to higher ground.
